A Whole Body Challenging Beginner Hatha Flow

Such a great class, love the longer stretches
Fantastic class David. My ribs are always poking out and as a result sometimes I get a sore low back after a class. Your gentle reminders to knit the ribs was exactly what I needed ! Loved the entire class.
