Wrist Free Vinyasa, Part II
This wrist free vinyasa class with Jonni-Lyn offers standing poses, hip openers, balancing poses and forward folds, all done without any pressure on the wrists. Jonni-Lyn shows you how you can be light on the fingertips - or simply hover them off the ground - and still maintain your balance, allowing you to practice for the days when you cannot (or choose not to) place weight on your wrists!
You can find Part One of this series here: Wrist Free Vinyasa, Part I.

What a lovely, soothing practice! Thank you!
I enjoyed the chanting and was wondering if you could offer more information about its source and credits (other than "India"), in this and any other practice that uses them. This information would help with intentions during the practice and would avoid the jarring appearance of cultural appropriation.
What a lovely practice! Thank you Jonni-Lyn
I have been practicing this and Jonni-Lyns other wrist free viniyasa with a broken wrist for a couple of weeks now and I am so happy for this wonderfull class! I wish there were more wrist free sets!
This was a nice break on some pain in my upper arm. So it's good for more than just wrist issues.
