This intermediate flow experience with Rachel will prepare you for exploring one of yoga’s most entertaining arm balances: insect pose (tittibhasana). Along the way, we’ll explore hip opening, full splits, core work, wrist strengthening and some other fun hand balances. Come along for the ride!

Such a challenging fun class!
Fast paced with lots of options for movements and poses. I’ve done this class a few times and enjoy how I notice differences each time. The hip openers felt awesome today but I struggled with the strap in titibhasana when last time it was a breeze. Always meeting my body where its at. Thanks Rachel!

Loved this practice! It was challenging, quick, but Rachel gives lots of options and time for play within the practice which I appreciated.
