Yin Yoga: Sinking Into Stillness
Join Anastasia for this hour-long class that spends five delicious minutes with every pose. Breathe deeply, relax your body and take the time to sink into the opening within each asana. It will calm you down immensely and leave you feeling grounded and centered in your body. If you haven't done yin before, you will be holding each pose in this class for five minutes. Loved this, I knocked right out afterward and had a great sleep.
Holding each pose for five minutes really helped unlock and deepen my feeling of relaxation. The modification options were great.
Excellent session! I really enjoyed this class. Although it is slow paced, I never felt urged to move to the next movement.
I love this yin class! I have a request for more long yin classes - perhaps a 90 minute class? :)
