Yoga for Anxiety: Playfulness
Anxiety can reduce one's ability to let go and play! In this unconventional yoga class, we’ll be exploring the theme of play and having fun in our practice.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 3 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

I’ve never giggled so much in a class before. I see some playful moves here that I will incorporate. I love how you keep reminding us that it is our practice and our bodies. This is one of the reasons I’m attending your salt spring retreat.
