Yoga for Anxiety: Playfulness
Anxiety can reduce one's ability to let go and play! In this unconventional yoga class, we’ll be exploring the theme of play and having fun in our practice.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 3 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

Thanks so much for a wonderful series! The leaning on the inside of foot line and big toe was helpful for fallen triangle and reminiscent of going uphill in cross country skiing. All three classes are delightful!
