This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 3 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

I did a Zoom class with Melissa and loved what we did in the practice, and was so disappointed that I was unable to go back to it and do it again - but here it is! This practice is very similar to what I remember from the Zoom class - thank you so much for creating this! Melissa, you're my favorite :)
