Yoga for Anxiety: Playfulness
Anxiety can reduce one's ability to let go and play! In this unconventional yoga class, we’ll be exploring the theme of play and having fun in our practice.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 3 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

I did a Zoom class with Melissa and loved what we did in the practice, and was so disappointed that I was unable to go back to it and do it again - but here it is!
