For the past three weeks, I would wake around 4am, struggling to get back to sleep. My student councillor advised to give Yoga Nidra a try since it was expected that my circadian rhythm could be out. Since I tried numerous other techniques, remedies and audio, after using it last night, there was improvement. Hope it only gets better.
