I have been using this guided meditation every night, without fail for the last month. It is absolutely wonderful. I listened to it based on the previous comments. I can usually fall to sleep pretty quickly, but tend to wake in the early hours, sometimes wide awake at 3am for a while, would struggle to fall back to sleep and then be in a very deep sleep when my alarm goes off! NOT ANYMORE!! I now have the most sound, deep, calm, restoring sleep. I sleep like a baby all the way through the night and I wake up naturally, just before my alarm, feeling restored and rejuvenated. Thank you so much. I love my new bed time routine. This really is truly relaxing. Jennifer's voice is quite hypnotising-in a good way! I can see that there are other 'sleep' meditations available, but I love this so much, I can't imagine anything could top it?! Thank you for making this available to everyone.

I've listened to a lot of sleep meditations and this is the best I have found for me. There's no pressure, you never feel like you're failing to do it right. The narrator's voice is beautiful and instantly puts me at ease. I hope if can find more meditations from her. So far it never fails to get me in a state I can fall asleep in. I have downloaded it onto my phone. Absolute bargain.
