I had trouble falling asleep, and I frequently woke-up around 3:00-5:00 AM each morning. I love this meditation!!! I have listened to it every night for nearly 2 weeks, and I am falling asleep faster and sleeping through the night. It really helps me clear my head and relax my mind. Even though I almost have it all memorized, I really enjoy the pacing of this and the calming quality of her voice. Thank you for this!
I love this. Very effective and a god send when I can not sleep! Works every time and I don't think I have heard the total length of the meditation consciously once! as I always fall to sleep before the end. It makes for what I feel on waking has been a deep, rejuvenating and restful sleep.
