Welcome to our Transform Your Life 30-Day Yoga Challenge. This challenge was originally meant to run only as a new year's 30-Day Yoga Challenge but due to the huge success and the number of emails we've received, we are going to leave this up for you to do anytime. The challenge is designed to flow from one class to the next in a way that feels good in your body.

This is my first day back after a stroke. Melissas first class was exactly what I needed after 7 weeks of rehabilitation. I cried as I found out what I can do and what my limitations still are. It felt so good to be back! Thank you for your gentle beginnings!!

Very good poses for the shoulders but my feeling is there was too much talking going on which made it difficult to concentrate on breathing.

Lovely slow paced class. First time I have ever managed to do the alternate nostril breathing without feeling like I am suffocating lol

Very nice progression but I am beginning to feel the effort. Glad that today was a short but still somewhat strenuous session.
