What You'll Experience
This program has a healthy balance of carpal tunnel stretches and strengthening exercises. It is meant to provide relief and remedies for the pain, but if you are experiencing irritation or other sensations while doing these classes, scale back the intensity or stop altogether. Depending on your carpal tunnel symptoms, you may want to do a little less. If you currently are experiencing pain and numbness, get advice from a physician before starting this program.
You will be doing a class daily for two weeks with the exception of day 7 and day 14, which are rest days. It is possible to see more improvement and relief when doing the classes more frequently, so feel free to incorporate the carpal tunnel stretches into your daily routine as much as you can.
