What You'll Experience
As we return to school, work, busy schedules can we also return to a routine and consistent practice? We all know that yoga helps us keep our energy flowing and helps us navigate the ins and out, ups and downs of all aspects of life. This 2 week challenge is the kick start needed to create a routine of getting on the mat daily to help maintain balance and wellbeing. Doing something everyday for 2 weeks makes it a habit, why not start a healthy habit this Fall?

I did Seeking Space as the first day of "Return to Routine." I would have liked more intense stretch for some of the poses but I think that might be the point - go within. Yoga for Runners with Rachel Scott is amazing, and I am not even a runner! Great new stretches for getting into outer quads, IT bands and calve muscles. Some stretches "don't do it for me," because I am generally flexible, but at the same time do develop tightness here and there at times and these stretches seem to get into some tight spots in great and new ways.

Josh's visuals are my favorite. And a great challenging class, with perfect gradual transitions to get into those more advanced poses. I felt so proud of myself after that class!

After a busy week in which I could find no space for yoga, this slow stretchy class was the perfect way to get back to the mat. There really is so much space! Thank you so much! 💓

This is an amazing series of classes. All great teachers, plenty of modification and clear guidance at a pace that I can do as a senior.
I thoroughly enjoyed the sequence of classes, although it seemed that the majority of them was more focused on the legs and hips. I sometimes would've liked a bit more work for the core and upper body.
Great series to reboot and get back on track. Took 3 1/2 weeks to finish it off but I'm craving a more regular yoga practice in my week already! Josh was a new teacher to me. Very enjoyable. I'll be looking up more of his videos soon!
This Return To Routine Challenges did exactly that! I have bounced back to daily practise with this great variety of classes, teachers and class lengths and I am ready to build upon this practice by starting a new challenge. The timing after school breaks was just perfect! Thank you.

I loved this class! Even though I couldn't hold all of the poses the entire time, it was so much fun and relaxing. Josh, I am completely smitten with you. You have such a loving kindness that shines out from your entire being, making your classes such a joy to be in- even when I'm wobbling and sweating! Namaste!
