Helen takes yoga off and on the mat in this practice. This class combines movement with journaling questions that invite you to find your purpose while moving into deep hip opening poses, as well as fun modified balancing poses.

I left ‘work’ with an employer in March to discover more about who I am and to lead a slower pace of life. I am still transitioning into my new lifestyle, learning that I no longer need to set an alarm each morning but can rise when it feels right, more in tune with the seasons. This class and these questions have come at just the right time for me and at a pace that felt manageable and nourishing. Thank you.
