Today’s micropractice is designed to help you get ready for sleep. Incorporate this series into your end-of-day routine to aid in your sleep hygiene. It can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 5 of Embrace The Micropractice: 14-Day Beginner Challenge.

Well I’ve done this three times now on the back of another relaxation class. Evert time I have woken up in shavasana 40 or so minutes later! A total result for me. Thank you Rachel
