Wow! My legs (hamstrings) have often been painful. It seemed that there were few stretches I could do to really release them and have often used pain relieving creams. Your statement on hamstrings holding onto resentment, fear, and anger hit me. I suspect that one thought will revolutionize me and provide the assistance I need to rid me of this discomfort and outright pain. Thank you!
Maybe it was due in part to yesterday's workout, but there were some very good, deep groin/inner thigh stretches that were exactly what I needed today. This one is a keeper, especially for times when I don't feel like standing.
