I was prepared, thanks to others' comments! The peak poses were beyond me, at this moment, but I flowed through.
Sometimes I laughed as felt like I was playing twister, but the movements felt good despite my clumsiness.
I have yet to use a playlist in DYWM as prefer quiet, or the sounds of the birds or ocean waves, but appreciate the option if wanted. Thank you!
