You made something difficult easier for my body and quite fun. Thank you. You have a great voice, too.

I love this class as a post run practice. I'm wondering if it's ok to do without a prior flow routine or warm-up? As in the title, it is quite refined, and targets deeply. Is it ok to do cold, just after waking?

Hi! With shorter practices, I still try to make it a full experience. And in this one, I take us through each kriya slowly so we can build up to a deeper opening. Does your body tend to be quite stiff first thing in the morning, especially in the hips? If so, maybe a quick walk to get your blood flowing...but if you are not especially stiff, you might find this a nice way to wake up! Hope that helps...

Big smile here! Terrific hip opening and stretching with the fun of getting into compass pose at the end.

Never in a million years would I think I could attempt this pose with my super tight hips--Andrea showed me it is possible with proper prep! My hips feel amazing and I have a new (attainable!) challenge - bookmarking this class right now.
